Fee to be paid upon confirmed contract. $250 start up, non refundable, paid via website or PayPal account, once we sign on. Once contracted, and we have communicated, will email back document with models to be looked at, trade in details, and $250 retainer confirmation, plus final fee. Final balance of fee to be paid by client at completion of deal. No refunds of retainer.
